Unlimited Abortions Upon Demand

Apparently the courts in the United States are going to do their best to make all children wards of the state, stripping parents of their rights to supervise and care for their children.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals struck down an Idaho law requiring girls under the age of 18 to get parental consent before obtaining an abortion, and the Supreme Court in its ultimate wisdom decided on Monday, March 28, 2005, to reject an appeal which would have reinstated the Idaho law. By letting the lower court ruling stand, doctors can now perform abortions on young women of any age. The case before the Supreme Court was Wasden v. Planned Parenthood of Idaho, 04-703.

Was there any thought given to the potential complications that might arise from said abortions? Who is going to deal with the physical and psychological complications that might arise from the abortions? Who is going to deal with the damage done to the families resulting from such secret abortions? Perhaps Planned Parenthood should become responsible for feeding, clothing and providing shelter for these young women after they take it upon themselves to perform said abortions.

Unfortunately the only thing Planned Parenthood will have to say after performing a secret abortion on a 13 year old girl is 'Next.'
