Ya Gotta Love The National Labor Relations Board
The National Labor Relations Board is suing Arizona and South Dakota because they each passed a law that requires any group attempting to unionize hold 'secret' balloting. Prior to initiating the lawsuit, the NLRB wanted to negotiate with the states in an effort to change the law. The hilarious part of the story is that the NLRB requested the states sign a confidentiality agreement prior to any negotiations. How hypocritical is that.
