Hypocracy And The Republicans

There is a poll being talked about that says 26% of Republicans would never vote for Donald Trump and then there is, of course, the inevitable speculation about where those voters would go.

In light of the fact that Trump refused to say he would support the Republican candidate whoever it turned out to be, unless it was someone he respected, I can understand that there may be the feeling that turnabout is fair play. On the other hand, if the Republicans who believe that Trump should take an oath to support whoever the Republican candidate no matter who that is, should not those who believe that way support Trump if he becomes the party's nominee?

If you want it both ways then your hypocrisy is showing...

JEB! Needs To Look In Mirror

JEB! is calling out Donald Trump for having had some less than conservative positions in the past.

Unfortunately, JEB! has less than conservative positions now while Trump is promoting much more conservative positions than JEB!

JEB! is still a proponent of Common Core although stating that he is willing to let the states run their educational system. (We all know how that works in Washington - do it our way or we'll withhold the money we stole from your state.)

JEB! claims that illegals come into are country are doing it as an act of love, but as he was speaking the other night started to say what I believe is truly in his heart and that is he wants to reward the illegals with a pathway to citizenship. I also believe he is cut from the same cloth as his daddy and brother and will only pay lip service to securing our borders, just as his brother and daddy did before him. Remember, it's all about the LOVE!

JEB!, unlike Trump, who actually created his fortune through hard work and risk taking, has gotten ahead by sucking on his daddy's tit, using the Bush political machine to get elected governor of Florida, and has become wealthy via Wall Street pals (who his brother bailed out with taxpayer dollars to the tune of nearly a trillion dollars) parlaying his name and status as former governor of Florida into a net worth of millions of dollars.

JEB! needs take a long hard look in the mirror before calling out Trump for being a liberal. Frankly, JEB! is a big government politician you can't trust any more than you could his brother or his daddy.

Hillary Clinton And Her Minions Headed For Big House?

Is this not the exact thing HRH Hillary Clinton has done with her private server and the deleted documents on said server?

From Title 18 - CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
CHAPTER 101 - RECORDS AND REPORTS

18 U.S. Code § 2071 - Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally

(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.

And then you have:

From Title 18 - CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
PART I - CRIMES
CHAPTER 93 - PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES

18 U.S. Code §1924. Unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material (a) Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.

(b) For purposes of this section, the provision of documents and materials to the Congress shall not constitute an offense under subsection (a).

(c) In this section, the term "classified information of the United States" means information originated, owned, or possessed by the United States Government concerning the national defense or foreign relations of the United States that has been determined pursuant to law or Executive order to require protection against unauthorized disclosure in the interests of national security.

And there's more:

From Title 44 - PUBLIC PRINTING AND DOCUMENTS
CHAPTER 31 - RECORDS MANAGEMENT BY FEDERAL AGENCIES

44 U.S. Code §3101. Records management by agency heads; general duties The head of each Federal agency shall make and preserve records containing adequate and proper documentation of the organization, functions, policies, decisions, procedures, and essential transactions of the agency and designed to furnish the information necessary to protect the legal and financial rights of the Government and of persons directly affected by the agency's activities.

I saw HRH Hillary wearing an orange pant suit at a news conference the other day and I think orange is a very flattering color for her.

The Debates - Candidates Fared Well In Spite Of Fox News

I watched the debates tonight and, from my perspective, the debaters fared rather well considering the negative tone of the questioning which was, without question, intended to diminish quite a few, if not all, of the presidential candidates.

The evening debate, which seemed to be the most egregious in the negative tone of the questioning, led off with the Fox team wasting no time trying to embarrass Donald Trump, the current front-runner standing center stage, asking everyone to raise their hand if they would not take a pledge to run as a third-party candidate, knowing full well that Trump was the only one who has publicly stated that this would not be taken off the table.

Some tough questions were to be expected, but virtually all of the questions seemed to try and point out a flip flop on a particular position; a gaff in some earlier statement; and, again in Donald Trump's case, why did he have the audacity to file bankruptcy in four business ventures out of the hundreds of business ventures he is and has been involved in.

The negative questions left little opportunity to make comparisons between the debaters’ positions and the Democrats.

I don't know who decided to make the questioning so negative, but I doubt that ultra-liberals Rachael Maddow, Candy Crowley, and Ed Shultz (of MSNBC, CNN and MSNBC respectively) could not have done a better job of attempting to embarrass the debaters.

Frankly, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the dumb-as-dirt current head of the DNC, was treated better than the candidates in either debate when she came on to give her spin on the evening's events.

I was under the impression that the Fox team had spent many hours planning the questioning. Unfortunately, their efforts were.....unfortunate.

Rick Perry Hedging Bet On Immigration

Rick Perry took a play out of Hillary Clinton's playbook and decided that it would be better not to tell the electorate where he stands on dealing with the millions of illegal immigrants living in our midst. It must be noted that he supports giving illegals living in Texas the benefit of paying in-state tuition. Why not Obamacare? Why not unemployment? Why not Section 8 housing?

I have no doubt that he won't answer because he favors amnesty and a path to citizenship for millions of future Democratic voters. He might as well join the Democratic party and become Hillary's running mate.
